Fun at work

As a leader, is what I do on a daily basis joyful for me?  Does working as a team provide a joyful experience for me and my team members?

Fun is one of the most important and underrated ingredients in any successful venture, says Richard Branson.

True. It’s important. It looks underrated.

What can I do consciously to make the journey joyful – for me and my team?

When we have fun, we aren’t working ,as in associated with the dreary routine of work . One can never tire if one is having fun

  4. I dont think there is a ready made formula for making your work enjoyable. It is purely on the leader to set a common vision, goal and define a path towards that. It is upto to him/her to make the path exciting and rewarding for the performers and motivating and guiding others to fall in line. This I see as the biggest task a leader has to undertake to make the entire team’s work joyful and productive. A self disciplined leader who can ” walk the talk” can achieve this important milestone in any new venture. The rest should be on a near auto pilot mode with him leading it. My two pence worth.
