It’s true with every business – a few roles determine, influence a large part of overall outcomes. These may exist at multiple levels – a few reporting to CEO, some at the next level down, and some at a level below that. And some typically don’t exist, but should.
As CEOs and Business Owners, have we figured out (1) which are the few roles that determine 80% of our business outcomes? (2) Are these roles filled with people fit for the role?
