  1. That is one trait that I have seen starts in leaders at the very beginning of their management journey. As a young people manager they imbibe this trait and they so successfully progressively project this when they climb the leadership ladder.

    My view it is not an overnight trait one acquires when he has reaches a senior level but one of the trait which takes him there
