Life gives us finite active moments. May we, therefore, choose to cherish as many (moments) as possible? How do I tune-in to see brighter side (of life) every time? How do I become harmonious with me.., with people around.., with nature..? Every moment?
We spend lot of time thinking and planning ‘what to do’. Also important is to think and plan ‘what to stop doing / what not to do’…

During an (angry) exchange next time, once am ‘aware’, am I able to choose words carefully? Can I work consciously to become ‘aware’ as fast as possible? Does it impact the rest of the exchange? Does it help address the ‘real’ issue? Does it help in relationships? Worth trying..
