Most of the times, we get occupied ensuring we do ‘things right’. Also relevant is to see / ensure we do the ‘right things’. Can I get (both of) them right next time? Every time?

Many a times we witness ‘form’ assuming dominant role over ‘substance’- in behaviour, actions, communication, protocols.. Some times as part of perception management.. What happens when they are aligned? Should there be a conscious attempt to align them?
