1% Rule – Try to improve our key performance parameters 1% at a time! Learned yesterday from my Client. Be it reducing the wastage, decreasing re-processing, improving yield, improving margins, savings through negotiations – target 1% at a time! Quite a constructive approach!

Lead Measures – those 2 or 3 things that trigger, and when executed leads to, my (our) success; things that I (we) can do something about, that influence the outcomes. Have I (we) identified my (our) lead measures? Am I / Are we tracking them? On a continuous basis? What am I / are we
