1% Rule – Try to improve our key performance parameters 1% at a time! Learned yesterday from my Client. Be it reducing the wastage, decreasing re-processing, improving yield, improving margins, savings through negotiations – target 1% at a time! Quite a constructive approach!
When we are faced with endless opportunities in our journey, it is quite easy to get lost in small details, specifics. Small details have a knack to catch and retain our attention. It is likely that we get focussed on them and miss the big picture. Seeing the big picture helps us find our purpose.
