How do we get to ‘doing’, acting-upon things that we keep contemplating for long… The shortest answer is doing.

Thinking about possibilities, than about constraints – former is expansive and the latter, limiting. It’s not that one needs to ignore constraints / challenges for practicing this. It’s thinking beyond them, not about them. Thinking and operating from a ‘possibilities’ perspective uncovers new arenas, potentialities, possibilities…, brings a whole new dimension to our lives, the

1% Rule – Try to improve our key performance parameters 1% at a time! Learned yesterday from my Client. Be it reducing the wastage, decreasing re-processing, improving yield, improving margins, savings through negotiations – target 1% at a time! Quite a constructive approach!
