My name is PK Narayanan. As a CEO Coach I support CEOs, Founders enhance their Leadership Presence, so that they can Influence More, Inspire More, and Impact More!

I’ve been working with Businesses growing at fast pace since 2003; as a Consultant till 2012, and as a Coach since 2013. I’ve had an exciting Corporate career before 2003 spanning over 11 years, culminating in a CEO position of an Australian multinational in India.

I had a fast-paced, exciting career with Tata Group for 5 years, across different positions in 3 Group companies. After which I had a fantastic career with Lendlease Group, an Australian multinational, in different country leadership roles in India and Australia.

My professional work experience spans across geographies, such as India, Australia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Kenya, Uganda, USA.

My Mission, Propelling Prosperity!, is aimed at enabling CEOs, Founders Scale-up their Leadership Impact, creating Positive Outcomes for Themselves, Their People, and Society at large!

By education, am a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. I secured national ranks in both Inter and Final of CA exams. Am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF).
