As a leader, one needs to inspire and take their teams to places they’ve never been to. For this, one of the important aspects is to provide a sense of safety for the team to operate fearlessly.
Team members won’t attempt new things or do things differently and run the risk of failing, unless they have the full support of their leader, unless the leader provides a safe environment to perform, to fail.
