Reflecting on ‘what did I do today’ is important; In the long run, even more beneficial would be to reflect on ‘what did I achieve today’.

It helps us learn faster. In due course it helps us focus on outcomes.

When I start asking ‘what did I achieve today’ I move. And people around me / the teams also start moving towards outcomes.

Quite a handy question for a leader.
